Welcome to El Capitan’s at 1201 Cornwall Ave #101 in Bellingham - a Bellingham favorite since 2003. We opened El Capitan's to share good food and a friendly space with our community. We focus on simple meals that feel warm and familiar, and a fun atmosphere that families and friends can enjoy together.
What We Serve
We are known for our specialty sausages, including our XO sausage with bacon, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, and grilled onions. You can build your meal with toppings from our condiment bar. We also grill jumbo pretzels and serve fries to complete your plate. Our food is made to enjoy at your own pace.
Your Spot to Eat, Drink, and Play
Upstairs is The Crow’s Nest Taproom. We serve local craft beer, ciders, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks so everyone has something to enjoy. You can eat, play pinball, and relax with board games or music. We host live acoustic music on Fridays and karaoke on the first Saturday. The pirate theme, warm staff, and family-friendly vibe make this a place where people feel welcome to stay, laugh, and return again.
